In the Icon Tower project, our team was responsible for the supply, execution, and technical supervision of post-tensioned concrete works, which form a core part of the tower’s structural system.
Scope of work included:
- Supplying certified post-tensioning systems in accordance with engineering specifications
- Installing cables, performing stressing and grouting operations using specialized equipment and skilled crews
- Providing direct supervision throughout all execution phases to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Coordinating with the consultant and main contractor to ensure smooth integration with other construction disciplines
This structural solution enhances load distribution, reduces slab thickness, and supports the architectural vision of a modern, high-rise development.
